We have used Balchun construction for many projects in our home. The latest one, however was a complete renovation of the first level of our house. This included taking down a wall, gutting our kitchen, plumbing, dry walling electric, putting in hardwood floors etc. Justin Balchun was very professional and reliable. He and his crew worked very efficiently. They were like a well oiled machine! All of his subcontractors were very courteous, and efficient as well. We were living in the house during the renovation and they were respectful of that. If you are looking for an honest, reliable contractor who does excellent work, I cannot recommend Balchun Construction enough!!
